Yes! We have available apartments posted. In order to qualify you will need to be at least 55, and income qualify. Income guidelines are available on our website.
You will need a state issued photo ID, social security card, proof of income and bank statements. If you recieve social security, a copy of your annulal award letter is needed. Additional documents may be requidered dependant on the income source. We are required to 3rd party verify all income documents. At the time you apply you will need to upload the photo ID and proof of income.
Rental rates vary by apartment they start at $410. Each apartment has the rental rate listed on the Available Apartments page. You will also find a list of rates on the the management company website at https://www.beacon.cc/ylofts.html
